The Partner / Service Provider Survey invites organizations, agencies, nonprofit partners, businesses, and service providers to participate in the Northwest Greater Gary Gateway Choice Neighborhoods planning process. The survey is designed to identify partnership opportunities, strengthen community collaboration, and gather information that will help support implementation of the Transformation Plan.
